Leonora Richardson

Leo lives and works in London. She graduated from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in 2011 with a First Class Honours Degree in Ceramic Design.

She is interested particularly in the relationship between Art and Science.

The medium of ceramic clay allows her to create and express organic forms.

She uses porcelain paper clay; dipping combustible into porcelain slip, hand modelling, cutting and then constructing.

The forms are built with both fired and non-fired clay elements, highlighting repetition and individuality.

She specialises in design by practice making both installation and individual art pieces.
